Before joining The Information Lab, Elizabeth gained experience working with R Studio to analyse large datasets exploring the relationship between biomarkers and neuropsychiatric symptoms in individuals with Alzheimer’s disease. This research formed part of her Psychology BSc at the University of Exeter, where she also developed her skills in statistical analysis, frequently using SPSS and Jamovi to run a variety of tests.
Elizabeth has continued to develop on her already broad range of technical skills, this includes Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL. She thrives on breaking down complex concepts and turning them into clear, actionable solutions, always eager to take on new challenges. Passionate about both data preparation and visualisation, Elizabeth enjoys seeing the full transformation process, from raw data to meaningful insights.
Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys open water swimming, playing piano, as well as sewing and crocheting. She has achieved grade 8 in piano as well as completing over 25 skins (no wetsuit) cold water swims last winter!
