Olivier's interest in data analysis began at Merck where he leveraged Tableau dashboards to delve into sales data, understand customer behavior, explore trends to find opportunities, and deliver his findings to senior stakeholders. Having been a stakeholder he has a strong appreciation for what is required in a dashboard, to allow for data-driven decisions.
Since joining the Data School, his interests have developed in data transformation and preparation allowing it to be used easily for visualization and analysis. Using several tools such as Oracle, Snowflake, DBT, Alteryx, Dataiku and Knime.
Throughout his time at the Data School, Olivier has worked with various stakeholders, from local authorities to airlines and elite sports teams.
He has successfully completed placements supporting clients on a range of projects including but not limited to.
Designing measurements and building data pipelines using Snowflake and Dataiku to measure the success of transformation projects.
Building dashboards to allow stakeholders to understand the financial performance of new and existing products versus the competition.
Upskilling employees in Tableau and Snowflake across a wide range of use cases and departments.
When not at work he enjoys going to the gym, playing Sunday league, and watching his beloved Arsenal let him down year after year.
