Roshan has a background in behavioural science and research. He studied Law at the University of Leicester before completing a Master’s in Psychology and Neuroscience at the University of Nottingham, where he developed a strong interest in how data and evidence can be used to understand people and improve systems.
He has worked on a range of research and analysis projects across healthcare and academic settings, some of which have contributed to published work, and is now focused on developing his technical skills and learning how to apply data to produce practical solutions.
Outside of work, Roshan is passionate about Pádel, playing the guitar, and learning Spanish — usually in that order.
